You have the right to dissolve a purchase agreement without providing a reason within a reflection period of thirty (30) calendar days after receiving the product. For orders containing multiple products, this period begins after the final product has been delivered.

Exclusions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Custom-made products: Items manufactured based on your specific requirements or individual choices, including all embroidered products.
• Sealed products: Items that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Mixed products: Items that, due to their nature, have been irreversibly combined with other products upon delivery.

Return Process

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within thirty (30) calendar days at your own expense. The product must include all accessories, be in its original condition (to the extent reasonably possible), and comply with the instructions provided by LaFont.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days after the returned product is received or after you revoke the right of withdrawal. Any payments made will be refunded promptly via the original payment method.
